Many clients and potential clients inquire into my entertainment law practice. No, I do not represent superstars or billionaire producers but I have assisted many clients in various entertainment law issues. The breath of entertainment law is quite broad, a knowledge of intellectual property law is fundamental, but just as important are the areas of law relating to employment, non-disclosure agreements, distribution and financing, as well as a knowledge of the development, pre-production, production, post production and distribution phases of a creative project be it in music, literature, film, television or the performing arts. I specialize in working with individuals and groups of people who see their creativity as an important aspect of their lives that requires expression and development.
Entertainment law? What is that?
