On February 20, 2010, New York State attorney and consumer advocate Alex T. Roshuk, Esq. of Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York, was interviewed on 94.1 FM, Mount Vernon NY Paper Chase Radio, a local radio show from Real Deal Studios (http://www.paperchaseradio.com). Mr. Roshuk discussed various issues regarding New York state consumer protection law and similar local laws that deal with car dealers, health clubs, retail stores and other vendors involved with consumer transactions. Mr. Roshuk also discussed how people, even those highly educated and world wise are often defrauded today by scammers, scoundrels and salespersons. You can listen to the show here:
